Community Cloud

Community cloud is a type of cloud deployment model that organizations provision for exclusive use by a specific community of consumers from organizations that share common goals policies, mission, security requirements and compliance considerations. And it is used exclusively by a small group of customers with similar interests or requirements. Moreover, it may be possessed, managed, maintained and operated by one or more of the organizations in the community, a third party or some combination of the two. And it is a type of private cloud that is extended to a limited set of related organizations that have similar business objectives. Furthermore, it is a cloud infrastructure that enables multiple organizations to share resources and services based on common interest among the collaborating organizations.
