It is specifically done to intimidate, hurt, humiliate, threaten, harass and/or someone especially children online. Moreover, it is committed by children who have early access to technologies or the Internet. More dangerously, the perpetrators attack victims by hiding their true identity behind the curtail or anonymously.
Cyberbullying is a cybercrime committed via computers, cellphones, tablets, and other electronic devices. And it may cause physical, psychological and emotional damage on the victims and should be treated as the new pandemic on the millennia. It is similar to cyberstalking, but mostly affects people at their early age of their life.
