What is the difference between public cloud vs private cloud computing deployment models? And what are the advantages and disadvantages of public cloud vs private cloud environments?

Private cloud is a cloud computing deployment model where cloud services are offered to single cloud service customer who controls their own cloud environments. Whereas public cloud is a deployment model where cloud resources are completely controlled by the cloud service provider (CSP) and cloud services are made available to any cloud service customer or even to the general public sometimes.
